The craft bakers at Gadsby's Bakery make over five million packets of bread, cakes and other tasty treats each year.
What’s even more amazing is that many of these will be hand-finished, shaped or crafted. While some large scale bakeries have fully automated their production lines, Gadsby’s is a firm believer in adding the personal touch, so Gadsby’s products are still traditionally made.
Gadsby’s supplies all of our food stores with fresh goods with the furthest distance from the bakery to a store being less than 70 miles.
