As a co-operative, Lincolnshire Co-op is owned and controlled by its members. As a dividend card holder, you are member and a part-owner of our co-op.

Our Board of Directors includes directors who are elected from and represent our membership. They work with our Executive Leadership Team to ensure that we are a successful business. In turn, this enables us to continue delivering on our purpose of bringing together ideas, energy and resources to make life better in our communities.

Our 2024 election ran from Tuesday 7th May - Monday 3rd June with 11,821 members casting their votes. We had 7 candidates and 4 vacancies. The results of the election were announced at our Half Yearly Members' Meeting which took place on Saturday 8th June 2024.
