Residential property
Providing housing for local people is something Lincolnshire Co-op has been doing for over a hundred years - we built our first houses for members in the 1880s.
We now have more than 100 residential tenants across our area. Find out what properties we currently have to let and what you need to know about renting a residential property from us.
With us, rent stays local and means we can invest in our services and community schemes.
We also develop new housing for rent and sale, working with contractors from our area, which helps grow the local economy.
One good example is housing development near our food store in Long Bennington - alongside Lindum, we created seven bungalows. Have a look at the picture above.
Residential property available
We have residential property available to rent or buy throughout our trading area.
Renting a residential property
If you take a new tenancy of residential property from Lincolnshire Co-op it will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
