If your query is related to a product you've bought from us: We will need some information from the product packaging. We may also need additional information and/or photographs depending on the nature of your query.

If your query is relating to a credit agreement: If we haven't issued our 'final response' within eight weeks from the date you first raised your complaint, or if you're dissatisfied with our response, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service for an independent review. Complaints about NHS Pharmacy services

We aim to provide a caring, high quality healthcare service to all of our patients and our communities. We realise we may not always get this right.

We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. More information can be found here: https://www.england.nhs.uk/contact-us/complaint/

All complaints will be treated with dignity, respect and be investigated thoroughly.

During the process of investigating complaints, we may need to share confidential information with another healthcare professional, for example, your GP. Please be rest assured that confidential information will not be shared with a third party without your explicit consent.

We hope that we resolve your complaint to your satisfaction and we can reflect on any points raised to improve our service to you.
