CJ is the Co-Founder of CleverGoose a Software as a Service organisation which leads the way in giving guidance to managers as they deal with day to day HR matters through the use of technology.
CJ also has a significant background in business leadership and especially the technicalities of HR and Management having previously been Chief People Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of fast-growing organisation which grew from 2,000 employees and £30million turnover to 27,000 people and £700 million turnover.
CJ is passionate about business as a force for good and this passion is apparent in all of her leadership interactions. Outside of her professional endeavors, CJ is a keen Marathon runner and enjoys taking part in multi-sport adventure races, which often provides space for reflection and inspiration for her work.
