Lincolnshire is my home. It’s where I grew up, where I’ve raised my family and where I’m embarking on my retirement.
I’ve spent my entire working life striving to make a positive difference, from working for a children’s charity, through to a senior position regulating the private security industry. I’ve enjoyed being part of a diverse mix of groups, committees and boards.
I’m completely behind Lincolnshire Co-op’s focus on local products, whether that’s to protect the environment, support local businesses or provide work for local people. It all fits with the co-op values which make real sense to me.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, together with the hard work of the committed workforce, Lincolnshire Co-op has kept food on the shelves, pharmacies open and even administered vaccines, caring for and protecting us all.
I am really proud to be a small part of helping Lincolnshire Co-op continue to thrive.
