The Quantock
The Quantock is a beautiful English willow coffin woven with the highest quality buff and white willow. It is named after the Quantock Hills, which form the western border of Sedgemoor and the Somerset Levels. The Quantocks were England’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main part of the Quantock is woven with buff willow. White willow is used for the banding and the plait border on the lid edge. The coffin can be customised to incorporate other willow finishes into the design. Antique buff, barked, buff, steamed and/or hand dyed coloured willow can be used.
