A family run artisan chocolatier from the historic market town of Kirton in Lindsey.
No.12 Chocolatier was born from a spark of inspiration in 2018, when founder Paul North received a chocolate-making experience as a gift. What began as a fun activity, quickly turned into a deep passion for the craft. Captivated by the art and science behind fine chocolate, he immersed himself in learning traditional techniques and experimenting with bold flavours.
Shortly after, Paul and his wife Lynn opened the doors to their first shop in Kirton in Lindsey, committed to producing handcrafted Belgian chocolates, marshmallows and traditionally made fudge.
Today, No.12 continues to serve as a local favourite, offering confections that celebrate creativity, quality, and a love for the sweet things in life.
