I haven’t received a new dividend card/key fob?
If you haven’t received your new card yet then please note it can up to 14 days for these to arrive. If it has been longer than 14 days please contact our Membership team on 01522 781 135 or email membership@lincolnshire.coop so that we can check your details. In the meantime, why not download our dividend card app - you just need your 6 digit membership number and once set up you can use it straight away!
Can my cashback be saved if I don't have my dividend card, key fob or app with me?
Yes! Simply ask for your cashback to be saved for you at the till point and keep hold of your till receipt. Then you have 28 days to claim your cashback online or by presenting your card, key fob or app, along with your till receipt, in any Lincolnshire Co-op store. There is no facility to have cashback added to your account at our Head Office in Lincoln.
How do I apply for a dividend card?
There are two ways you can apply for a dividend card. Apply online by clicking here or fill in a paper application form available in all of our branches.
How much cashback do I get?
Cashback is issued at a rate of 1% in our outlets (some exclusions apply) with the except of it being 2% on Love Local products in our food stores. You’ll also receive 1p for every 5 litres of fuel purchased in our filling stations.
I need to change my details, what do I do?
Moved home? Got a new number? You can manage your account online and update your details straight away. If you would like to talk to someone please contact our Membership team on 01522 781 135 (Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5pm) or email membership@lincolnshire.coop.
Where do I find my membership number?
Your member number is the six digit number at the bottom left of your dividend card. Lost your dividend card? Don’t worry, click here to request a new one.
When will I receive a cashback bonus?
At our Annual Members' Meetings, our members vote on a percentage of our profits to be paid out in cashback bonus. The bonus is based on the amount of cashback you've received in the last year (September-August), so the more you've spent, the greater your bonus will be.
How do I use my dividend card to pay for things?
Every time you use your dividend card, the receipt will show your current balance in pounds and pence. Just ask at the tillpoint to pay with cashback. The value of your purchase will be deducted from your current cashback balance. You can use your cashback for full or part payment.
I haven’t received my new member pack?
Please allow 14 days for your application to be processed and your membership pack to reach you. If you haven’t received it after this time, please contact our Membership team on 01522 781 135 (Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5pm).
I have lost or need a replacement dividend card, what do I do?

How can I see how much cashback I have currently?
When you shop in any of our stores and use your dividend card, your cashback balance will be shown at to the bottom of your receipt. You can also click here to sign up to our website and access your cashback balance online.
You balance will also be shown on the dividend card app once you have downloaded it.
How do I download the dividend card app?
You can download our new dividend card app from the App Store and Google Play now by searching for 'Dividend Card'. Then sign in to the app for the first time using your 6-digit membership number on the bottom left of your card or fob and the password from your online account on our website - lincolnshire.coop/myaccount
If you’ve not signed up to the website yet, you’ll need to this first before you use the app. After signing in to the app for the first time you’ll then be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code to access the app each time you use it.
What if I forget my PIN on the app?
If you get the PIN wrong 4 times you will be asked you to enter your membership number and the password from our website that you used to sign in to the app for the first time. Then click sign in and set a new PIN for your app.
