A delicate and floral gin cocktail 🍸

Method
Use a peeler to form two strips of lemon skin. Squeeze lemon and set aside the juice. Place some ice cubes into two cocktail glasses. Mix together the gin, cordial and lemon juice and stir well to combine. Twist the lemon rinds and drop one into each glass. Top with chilled prosecco to serve.
TIP: Why not use Co-op Irresistible Doc Rose Prosecco for a delicate pink hue.
A warming coffee with a sweet kick ☕
SERVES: 2
Ingredients
- 75ml double cream
- 50g condensed milk
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 100ml Fenspirits Toffee Vodka 💚
Method
Whip the cream and condensed milk together until soft peaks form. Mix together 1½ tsp instant coffee, toffee vodka and 300ml of water. Gently warm and pour into two heatproof glasses or mugs. Spoon the cream on top. crumble over the remaining instant coffee to serve.
A winter warming hot chocolate with a twist 🍊
SERVES: 2
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 100g Irresistible dark chocolate with orange
- 150ml full fat milk
- 4 The Naked Marshmallow Co. vanilla marshmallows 💚
Method
Grate the zest from one orange. Squeeze juice from both oranges and put in a pan with the chocolate, milk and ¾ of the zest. Gently heat until melted and pour into 2 mugs. Thread 2 toasted marshmallows onto 2 skewers, one for each mug. Sprinkle over the reserved zest to serve.
A fruity mojito mocktail 🍹
SERVES: 2
Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 200ml pineapple juice
- Leaves from 2 mint stems
- 200ml ginger beer
Method
Cut 1 lime into 6 wedges and divide between two jam-jars or collins glasses. Mash with a fork to release juices. Place pineapple juice, mint leaves and two handfuls of ice in a blender and whizz to crush the ice. Pour into glasses and top up with ginger beer. Decorate with mint sprigs to serve.
