Chilli chocolate and popcorn lollies (V)
A cold, creamy treat on a hot day with an extra kick.
SERVES 6
Ingredients:
- 1/2 red chilli, seeds removed
- 250ml Co-op semi-skimmed milk
- 100g Co-op milk chocolate (Fairtrade)
- 100g condensed milk
- 25g Co-op sweet and salted popcorn
Method:
- Put the chilli in a pan with the milk, break in the chocolate and heat gently until melted.
- Take off the heat, remove the chilli, and leave to cool slightly.
- Add the condensed milk, stir, then pour into lolly moulds.
- Put lolly sticks in each, crush the popcorn and sprinkle over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
