Cranberry and elderflower spritz (V)
Don't forget the drivers! Try our delicious cranberry and elderflower spritz to add a little sparkle to their sipping. It even features cordial from our Love Local range.
Serves 2.
100ml Co-op orange juice
100ml Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
100ml Co-op cranberry juice
100ml Co-op cranberry juice
Add a handful of ice to two glasses then divide the orange juice, elderflower cordial and finally the cranberry juice between the glasses. Top up with sparkling water to fill the glasses. Garnish with orange zest, if you like, and serve, giving the contents a quick swirl before drinking.
