Gingerbread fizz cocktail (V)
There's nothing like the smell of gingerbread to add some spice to the festive season. But if you're not a baker, try this cocktail. It's made with cordial from our Love Local range and is much easier than building a gingerbread house...
Ingredients
4 tsp Belvoir Ginger Cordial
2 tsp Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold rum
Chilled Co-op Prosecco
1 lemon
Method
- Mix together the ginger cordial and rum in a little jug and divide equally between two champagne flutes or saucers.
- Top up each of the glasses with prosecco.
- Slice two discs of lemon zest out of the lemon, cut a slit in each and serve one on the side of each glass.
