Add a fruity twist to a classic cocktail with our appletini. Featuring locally-sourced apple juice and cider, it's a refreshing crowd-pleaser to add some sparkle to your new year celebrations.
Ingredients
100ml vodka
100ml Starkey’s Bramley & Cox Apple juice
Small apple
Method
- Pour the vodka, cider and apple juice into a cocktail shaker (you can use a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid if you don’t have a shaker)
- Add some ice to the mix. Shake well, then strain into two martini glasses.
- Garnish both with a thin slice of red apple to serve, and enjoy.
