Eat, drink and be scary with these petrifying peppers - a great healthy nibble that's sure to put a spooky smile on your face. 😲

SERVES: 8 TIME: 20MINS Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 orange peppers
  • 4 x 200g tubs Co-op reduced fat houmous
  • Cucumber batons, to serve

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Cut a circle around the stems of 2 red peppers and 2 orange peppers, to make lids, and discard the seeds
  2. Cut ghoulish faces in the sides, then fill the peppers using 4 x 200g tubs Co-op reduced fat houmous and replace the lids
  3. Serve with cucumber batons — Tenderstem® broccoli, carrot and radishes would also work well
