Shortcut shortbread tiramisu (V)
Italian flavours meet a Scottish classic in this delicious dessert.
SERVES 2 PREP 10 MINUTES COOK 30 MINUTES
Ingredients:
- 6 Co-op Irresistible Scottish shortbread fingers
- 6 tsp spirit of your choice (eg rum or brandy)
- 40ml strong coffee
- 150ml Co-op whipping cream
- 1/2 x 400g can condensed milk
- 25g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate
Method:
1. Crumble the shortbread fingers and divide between 6 small glasses
2. Drizzle the spirit and coffee in equal amounts over the shortbread
3. Whip the cream into soft peaks and fold into the condensed milk
4. Divide between the glasses
5. Grate the chocolate on top and chill in the fridge for 30 mins before serving
