Strawberry ghosts
Get in to the Halloween spirit with these berry lovely strawberry ghosts.
These tempting treats are easy to create and taste great – so they’re bound to make a spooky disappearance…
You will need:
- 600g of white chocolate
- 24 strawberries
- 1 bag of mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
- Put chocolate in a heatproof bowl over the boiling water, making sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl.
- Stir chocolate occasionally as it softens and remove from the heat when melted.
- Place a large piece of greaseproof paper on a flat surface.
- Dip the strawberries into the melted white chocolate so the strawberry is covered.
- Remove and allow the excess coating to pour off onto the greaseproof paper to form the “tail” of the ghost; slide the strawberry back and leave to set on greaseproof paper.
