Lincolnshire Co-op travel has been nominated for two awards at the prestigious Agent Achievement Awards 2024.

Congratulations to the entire travel team who are up for Agency of the Year in the East of England and to Fallon McGilloway who is shortlisted for Young Leisure Agent of the Year.

This year the awards are taking place on Thursday 11th July at the London Park Plaza Westminster Hotel, celebrating the best agents and agencies in the travel industry.

Colleagues across all the travel branches are extremely proud to be recognised for providing excellent service for their customers.

Fallon is an assistant manager at our Sleaford travel branch, who has built up her knowledge since she started as an apprentice when finishing her GCSEs. Not only this, but at the age of only 18 she is also the youngest assistant manager across all our branches. Her passion, dedication and ability to overcome challenges has not only landed her in a management position but has also been recognised by her area manager, Paul Herring, who nominated her for the award.

She said: “I have always felt so supported by Lincolnshire Co-op whether that is attending courses or being trusted at such a young age.

“I feel I do amazing things for my customers; if they plan a surprise holiday I will make fake boarding passes to gift to loved ones, I have a regular customer who brings me cake and I had a lady bring me flowers and card out of goodwill when I helped her with a booking. I can’t thank my family, friends and colleagues enough for their support.”
