How long should I leave getting vaccinated before I travel?
Some vaccinations require more than one injection over a few weeks, so our Travel Clinic recommends that you talk to your local participating pharmacy at least 6 to 8 weeks before your trip.
How can I book an appointment?
Our travel vaccination services are available in the following pharmacies:
- Birchwood Pharmacy in Lincoln
- Cabourne Avenue Pharmacy in Lincoln
- Parkside Pharmacy in Boston
You can schedule your consultation and vaccination by filling in the Pharmadoctor form on the relevant service page. If you have any questions, contact your local pharmacy branch.
What will happen at the appointment?
One of our pharmacists will discuss which vaccines and antimalarials are essential and any that are recommended for your chosen place of travel.
On your appointment day, you’ll receive your vaccine(s) and any antimalarials you need and receive helpful advice from our pharmacists to help keep you safe and healthy on your trip
