Short stay in Harrogate

Explore the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate. Check-in to The Old Swan Hotel, originally an 18th century coaching inn with an interesting connection to world famous crime writer, Agatha Christie. Once settled, crack open a chilled bottle of sparkling wine or take a wander into town. Return in the evening for a two course meal served in the Wedgewood Restaurant.

Location:

The Old Swan Hotel can be found in the heart of North Yorkshire in Harrogate. This charming accommodation combines period features with contemporary décor. Victorian elegance is echoed through its revolving doors, polished wooden floors and multiple reception rooms. All 136 bedrooms are traditionally styled and overlook its attractive lawns or the 19th century rooftops of Harrogate.

Enjoy fine dining where Agatha Christie once did in 1926, in the Wedgewood restaurant, that still boasts its an original glass ceiling. Relax in the Swan Lounge & Bar, overlooking picturesque lawns and views of the town centre.

The hotel welcomes dogs in a number of their selected rooms at a supplement and can provide a doggy breakfast for your four-legged friend.

Centrally located, the Old Swan Hotel is fifteen minutes’ from Harrogate town centre and train station, two minutes from Harrogate Convention Centre and up to a 15 minute walk from points of interest such as the Royal Pump Room Museum, Bettys Café Tea Rooms and RHS Harlow Carr.
