Lying in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains, Tŷ Melindwr is situated in Hen Goginan, near Aberystwyth. This elevated, self-contained wing of the owner’s family house was once the Goginan silver lead mine captain’s residence. Tŷ Melindwr overlooks an acre of delightfully landscaped gardens, full of interesting trees, shrubs, spaces and quirky features.
From the property there is access to an impressive network of woodland, ridge top and valley walks, with a variety of grades and distances, catering for all. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, with a double bedroom, living room and bathroom all located on the first floor.
