How does Lincolnshire Co-op Travel’s pay monthly scheme work?
Take a look at our helpful FAQs below to find out more.
How do I pay for my holiday with Lincolnshire Co-op Travel’s ‘Spread the cost by paying monthly’ scheme?
You can pay for your holiday by setting up a standing order with your bank. Full details will be given to you at the time of making your holiday booking.
Are there any additional changes I need to pay if I choose to pay monthly with you?
There are no additional charges if you choose to pay monthly unless you make changes to your booking, standard amendment fees may apply which must be paid at the time of amending.
We will discuss any required changes to your standing order at this time. If your holiday price after amendments reduces and you have overpaid, we will refund the difference.
How is the monthly charge calculated with you?
A deposit (plus any non-refundable items/ancillaries) would be paid at the time of the booking.
The remaining balance figure would then be divided by the number of months prior to the 14-week payment date.
This will give us the monthly amount that you would have to pay.
Are all holidays booked with you able to be paid monthly?
Yes – speak to your local branch who will be able to help find your perfect pay monthly holiday.
Can I stop my monthly payment plan and pay the rest in full?
Yes, simply call into the branch to make the payment and notify your bank that you would like the standing order to be cancelled.
How many weeks prior to the holiday departure date is the pay monthly scheme available with you?
The balance will be due a minimum of 14 weeks before you travel.
Can I choose the dates when I pay my monthly instalments?
Yes, you can select a date of the month to pay to suit your own individual needs
How long do your payment plans run and can I choose how many instalments I’ll pay?
They can run as long as required, all we need is to have the full payment received a minimum of 14 weeks from departure.
How is my deposit calculated and are low deposits accepted when booking a pay monthly holiday?
The deposit due will be the standard deposit that the holiday company are asking for. No unfortunately we are not able to accept a low deposit on a pay monthly holiday.
When will I receive my cashback earned?
The cashback will be issued when the final payment of the holiday is received, simply call into your local branch to have it added to your card.
Can I pay with cashback?

If you have cashback on your card, you can ask your Travel branch to redeem this to pay or part pay for your holiday. You can then pay the remaining balance in full or in instalments via card or cash.
