To qualify for the membership promotion a standard booking must be made prior using the promo code on your app/voucher, which will give 100% discount on the booking. This allows the customer a free trial with their family, and, on the day of the booking a payment can be made for the family membership COOP promotion if still wanted. Families consist of up to 8 players and friends can be a part of the booking as long as there is a family member present. Management have the right to refuse play and entry to the venue at any point on their own discretion. A 10% discount is available on food and drink to any members. Once a membership is purchased Virtually Golf hold the right to refuse any refunds on this promotion.
